PARENT AND TODDLER CLASS

If you are looking for activities for your under-fives in the Hastings area then this is the class for you. We are based in Hastings and have classes available. Our Parent and Toddler class is a structured class for under-fives with a qualified coach to encourage a relationship of bonding between parent and child, and is designed to develop motor skills through strength, spatial awareness, balance and co-ordination.
The session starts with a warm up which includes games and other activities on the floor. The coach then guides you and your children on what to do on each piece of apparatus, moving around in groups. Finally the groups combine for a cool down incorporating songs and dance. The coach is on hand to help you with your children and answer any questions and to teach you how to help your children develop their skills.
